The fact that it's a shared apartment and it's not indicated while booking 3 bedroom but u share kitchen and the sitting room Also the mattresses are not comfortable

The internet was good. The elevator was broken (and the property is on the 8th floor), but a young man was helpful going out to bring us dinner (and carry our luggage up).

The property is located right next to a Mosque, there is no glass in the windows so it is extremely loud most of the time. It smelled funny and the bed was itchy. The add said there was a washing machine, but there wasn't (when we asked about it, we were told there was one on the 5th floor, but we were on the 8th). In the bathroom there was trash from the previous guests. "Heartbeat Haven" sounds like it is a hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment with other people living there.
