Peaceful Riverside Lodge Free Parking

We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. It was the perfect place for my and all my bridesmaids to get ready with plenty of parking for hair dressers and make up artists. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even supplying a full length mirror (perfect for selfies!) and a cute wedding card, Prosecco and some yummy treats! Being able to use the on site ice baths and saunas the next day topped it off! Location is perfect, beautiful scenery for photos too!

A very peaceful location right in the centre of Christchurch.

Great location…seconds from the slipway for launching paddle craft, a few minutes walk into town. Quiet, private, safe area. Tastefully decorated with lovely little touches, well equipped, surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Friendly owners and great communication. Would highly recommended and we look forward to returning!

Made a very last minute booking and really glad we did. Such a lovely, peaceful & interesting location, perfect spot to stay while back in the area to visit family. Hosts were so friendly and helpful, went above & beyond to look after us!

We loved how light and bright the space was and how quiet and peaceful the boatyard was. The chalet was really spacious, and there was more than enough space for us 3 adults, especially with 2 bathrooms between us. We also loved the goodies left for us to enjoy, the record player and records and the lovely soft bedding. The location is really great too - a 5 minute walk to the ice cream kiosk and main Quay, and from there it's a few more minutes to walk into town. We can't wait to come back next time we're in town.
