FRENCH RIVERA Heritage Boutique Villa

Beautiful, charming accommodation with the classic French architecture. Very clean, well maintained. Polite, helpful staff. Great location in the heart of White Town, walking distance from the beach, cafes, museums and galleries. Even had a water cooler to refill water. All great amenities including AC, Fan and hot water. Especially loved the atmosphere, interiors and architecture of the rooms and accommodation - the paintings on the wall and the classy European Vintage feel and look.

The stay was amazing and the location of the stay was good too. Flexible Checkin

But the facilities they provide aren't good. Apparently, they provide SINGLE TOWEL for 2people(irrespective of their relation) and ONE water bottle for the room, even though two people booked the stay. So, any 2people or couple visiting the place bring an extra towel to be safe side.

We didn't had breakfast from the villa.

There was nothing as such I didn't like.

The bell boy was very helpful.

The manager never took my phone. The images given on booking.com are generic of the entire hotel and not of the room you can expect which led to such a disappointment. I reached there at 6am and had requested an early check in. Due to the manager's absence that never happened. So if you're traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend this. The bedsheets were not clean. Overall I'm quite underwhelmed by the experience.

The staff and the exterior looks

The shown rooms in the booking are different from what they gave me! It's not so comfortable with no windows which beats the purpose of visiting pondy. May, should check their other rooms might feel different. But for what happened with my experience would not suggest
