El 21 de diciembre fui notificado por la anfitriona Monica que debido a que la alberca no se iba a encontrar disponible tendría la opción de que me reembolsaran El 30% del precio total, por lo que yo acepté y modifiqué mis planes de este viaje. Hoy posterior al check out, me envió un mensaje indicando que había dañado las persianas, lo cual es totalmente falso y no tengo conocimiento de esto. La anfitriona arbitrariamente me indicó que no se reembolsará el 30% pactado. Esto no me parece justo ya que yo acepté hospedarme en este hotel con estas condiciones y tuve que hacer muchas modificaciones a mi itinerario y lo peor es que me está culpando de algo que yo no hice. Me causa mucha decepción este tipo de actos y conductas fraudulentas, siendo booking una empresa seria y respetable. Quisiera tener una respuesta a mi reembolso pactado, asi como una resolución sobre este incidente.

It’s was far from the city. No one else was staying in the surrounding villas, which made us uncomfortable.

This was a very relaxing and peaceful stay, I enjoyed some of the attractions Celestun had during the day like seeing the flamingos which was awesome and then came here to relax. The complex is big and has a big pool. It felt like a private pool as no one else was there. The beach was awesome, water was clear and waves were very calm. I enjoyed one of the best sunsets I have seen and the best part was I enjoyed it with the sound of nature. The Villa was great it had everything you need and had a view of the ocean from the dining area. It was very spacious and loved that it was single standing it provided more privacy. I will definately come again for more days!

The villa was spacious and it had two full bathrooms. It’s ocean front so you could see the beach and the water right away.

The villa is a property that is far from the town and the roads are not paved.
