The location
Its tired. I would call it grubby. The bath towels were worn and stained. I was unsure of the cleanliness of sheets. All in all Id rather camp!

Located within easy walk of beach, lake and shopping/cafes/restaurants. Very clean and tidy. Great mix of retro and modern decor, the house feels welcoming.
Blinds not working so had light shining in the room at night.

Convenient and central location. Old building lovely design. Recently refrreshed walks and ceilings. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Great parking. Kitchen has everything you need and more.
Still work in progress to address windows and silicone areas in showers.
