- Receptionist was very helpful and co-operative - Security Guard was full of positive etiquettes

- Neither RO nor packaged drinking water while check-in the hotel & the room. - Toilet was like public toilets - Used soaps in the bathroom - Used, Unwashed pillow covers & smelly pillow. - Badly torn white linen for bed. - Condom packet & leaflet in the drawer
