"Amazing stay"

The location was excellent. In Old Town close to all sites and in view of the Castle, river and Pink Church. The unit was very clean, had all the necessities and a washer for longer stays.

A place to put luggage if coming in early to city.

"Central and spacious!"

It is very central to down town Ljubljana. Loved the spaciousness of the suite and that it had anything we might need during our stay. Appliances, dishes, folding dryer for clothes, etc

I did not like the app that I had to install to access the required information to enter the apartment. Also the information in the key location was very specific but turned out to be incorrect! We wasted a lot of time trying to get the keys. I would have appreciated an earlier entry time - like 3 pm.

"Very annoying"

Location and soundproofed windows and view .

You are forced to download an app to access your entry information for this property. The app constantly freezes and was the worst check in experience I’ve ever had. On my way from the airport I was trying to get the key box code but the app wouldn’t work. I had to email 4 times before the company wouldn’t send me the details I needed. The first email they said they didn’t believe me and the app was fine (why would I be messaging if that was the case), I had to screen shot the error message. Then they told me I was checking in the next day, which incorrectl. They’re just really unprofessional. I also received 4 message the day before and the day I checked out as reminders to leave by 10, it felt very pushy. You can’t check in until 16.00 and have to check out by 10.00. The cleaning cost me are not included in the quoted price and they want extra money if you want to check in or out early. After all this they then asked if I wanted to tip them €25! For what? Giving me a massive headache with the whole check in procedure? The. bathroom is also very small.
