USThe included breakfast and dinner were amazing for the value and we will definitely be back. The front desk staff and the meal staff were excellent. Very polite and intentive. I liked how there were security cameras in the parking areas.
I wish the pool was heated. We saw many families that wanted to enjoy the pool with their little kids but couldn't because it was just too cold. Even my 6 year old twin boys couldn't handle how cold it was for longer than just a few minutes.
USUSThe room was fantastic, very clean, staff was super helpful, breakfast was fantastic. We got to breakfast late one day as they were clearing everything away and the kitchen manager was super nice. She made us scrambled eggs and made some batter so we could make waffles and still eat with our 2 teenagers!! She really went above and beyond.

USThe staff were so friendly. Most hotels you barely get a nod of recognition. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked up to the check-in desk, at dinner in the lounge and even the cleaning lady smiled and spoke with us.
