Location is good. Seaview is beautiful

Not properly cleaned. Bedsheets got a burnt hole. Sofa bed found cracker bits. Not vacuum. I cleaned it. Broom and dustpan not cleaned. Got hair and dust in it. Sink also not cleaned- some food and kind of blocked. Sides are moldy. Should use anti-mold detergent to clean it. The long table got table mats. Underneath not clean- oily. Should provide some small bottles of shampoos. The door was spoiled. Insert the key but very difficult to open. We got WD and spray and it worked better. There is some fault with the toilet door too. Lock not functioning properly. I think the room was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Cleanliness is very important. Thank you.

Very bad customer service, very difficult and last minute check-in procedure update needing rm100 deposit🙄 and very late deposit refund ( after been reminded on the fifth working day as stated)
