Residenza Riva Wellness Apartment Spa

Ottima posizione, appartamento grande e dotato di tutto (bagno, cucina, lavastoviglie, terrazzo, tavolo interno, tavolo esterno)

Prezzo molto alto, arredamento poco manutenuto (per il prezzo pagato!): funzionale ma da rivedere, pareti e superfici da rinfrescare.

Letti scomodi, pulizia non fatta, coperta sporca, nessun cambio di asciugamani, doccia che allagava il bagno, colazione povera, spa assente, rapporto qualità prezzo ingiustificato

Location! Stuff was nice .

I had to change the room . I have booked penthouse bedroom which is way more than regular room but the ceiling was too lower so we hit our head 😂😅 so we had to change. The shower was small . All the water was on the floor outside of shower room . So over all the valve was over rated i think . Wifi was so slow..

The position and the view from our bedroom were outstanding. Room temperature was great, the size of the bedroom was more than enough. The guy at the bsr/breakfast was very professional and nice. The access for ski slope is perfect, great for enjoying the mountain! You are immersed in nature. Position is great, you go to the centre by foot.

It was definitely not clear as well as misleading advertising that there was no spa. One of the reason why we chose to pay almost 300 euros per night was that the Apartment said "RIVA APARTMENT AND SPA". It was very misleading. If it was an optional, it was not offered or mentioned at the reception. Room description clearly stated "one separate living room with a bunkbed (divano letto) AND separate bedroom. We had one single big room with NO bunk bed neither a sofà! For 275 euros you'd expect to find at least very comfortable matresses and pillow. I woke up with a sore neck and torticolis. Breakfast was ok but very below acceptable level in terms of quality as well as quantity. No scrambled eggs, no fruit, no fresh juices, no toaster, very dry and low quality pancarrè. Although helpful, reception was present at very limited amount of time (acceptable for a bed and breakfast,not if you ask for 200 plus euros per night...regardless of high season ).

One of the host was unpleasant on every first contact, and adverse to any request.
