Beachfront Retreat at Agios Vasileios

Everything about this establishment is thought through. Comfortable, good quality, small touches that make so the difference And the location! You are literally on the water and drink a glass of wine to the sound of waves lazily lapping the shore. Gorgeous.

Everything was great

This is an incredible house. It’s right on the water (Gulf of Corinth) and has a quiet front patio where you can have dinner or breakfast overlooking the Gulf. The host was there to welcome us (this is rare these days) and immediately made us feel right at home just like the place was ours. She was so helpful and kind! The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. There are ample dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment and supplies. Everything was of high quality, and even the knives were sharp (something that is also rare in rental properties). The host runs a top-notch house and really knows what is important for her guests. If you are near Patra make sure you stay here!!

If you want to feel like you are at home on holiday, this is the place to book! The hosts Christos and Alexandra are some of the kindest people I have met and we felt very welcome! They truly thought of everything and you'll find every amenity and comfort you could imagine. Every corner of the house is well decorated and there's even a machine to make your very own frappé! Although the interior is lovely with a great bed and living room, you'll probably find yourself on the beach or on the terrace (with view of Nafpaktos and it's fort walls!) more often in summer. If you want to enjoy Greece, this is truly the place to stay.

Our only complaint was the lack of a reading light in the bedroom, which was swiftly and kindly taken up by Christos. With this level of dedication, there's really no reason NOT to come back (and we definitely will)!

We had a beautiful vacation, the apartment is perfect, clean, modern, has everything you need.. Restaurants and cafes a few steps away.. Christos and his wife are wonderful, they are there for everything you need.. we haven't had such a good time and had such hosts for a long time. We hope to come again and thank you again for everything!

Cool apartment! Balcony is meters from the water with beautiful views. Clean and well equipped, everything is modern, in new condition and of good quality. Lighting is creative and fun. Kitchen is small but completely functional with everything you might need, and then some. Double bed is large and comfortable. Owner is welcoming and very nice, with great communication! There is a friendly house cat which might come to visit and stays mostly outside :) As I understand this is completely optional and depends on your love of cats...

The village looks a bit desolate. I came in the off-season so it might be different in July-August. Beaches in this area are not at the top of what Greece has to offer. Apartment does not have a lot of privacy: balcony is right on the road - a small village road but everyone passing by sees into the large front window, which you can curtain off of course, but then the main attraction of the apartment is gone. The adjacent apartment is just behind the wall and one can hear the neighbors very clearly.
