Nice apartment, good vfm, although it was November so out of season.

TV sound was terrible, shower drain in ensuite needed cleaned our, it had a bad odour.

There was air conditioning in all the bedrooms and leaving room. The apartment was spacious. It was only a 5min taxi journey to the Marina and had a Spar only 5mins walk away to get fresh bread,water etc.

On booking.com section about check in it said the keys would be at the property,this was false as I had to collect them at the office, I did question this and got a very rude response from the Homing Team that I have to collect the keys at the office. This information needs to be changed on the booking.com section. In the main bathroom, there was no pressure in the shower and no hot water. I was travelling with 5 adults, and lucky we are all family as we had to shower in the ensuite shower. I did contact the Homing Team twice about the hot water and was told I have to turn off all power and then wait for at least 30 minutes for the water to get hot. It only ever got lukewarm. The pressure and water temperature in the main bathroom needs to be fixed.

Very modern. Fancy appliances. Great air conditioning in every room. Nice size.

Please note that I generally do not complain. On arrival, the apartment was not clean/serviced. The place appeared as if just left by the previous users. We struggled to get ahold of the rental agents and waited at least 3 hours after check in time until the cleaning staff came through. The agent’s response was that there was a mix-up regarding the cleaning of our and another property, thinking ours was cleaned the day before. They haphazardly apologized and said we can stay another hour on the day of departure as compensation. This has left a bad taste in our mouths. Additionally, we found several faults: - No proper curtains throughout; only cheap appearing shear curtains present, some of them falling off the rails. - Very poor quality pillows. - No bedside lamps. - Only one bedside table in three rooms. - Shower handle falling off at the mixer. - Main bedroom door does not open from inside the room. - Room number 2 window was locked and had no key. - Room number 2 drawers broken. - Room number 3 chest of drawers broken.
