Studio Apartments near park Zrinjevac

The location was super !!!!!!!!!

Clean, good location, safe, comfortable bed, coffee, blackout shutters on windows

Window didn't shut properly so AC wasn't able to work properly throughout the night. Was a bit warm when sleeping.

The location suited my needs and was handy to the places I needed to go to.

The only issue I had was not being able to figure out the television.. not that I really needed it because I was busy doing tours, but there could have been better instructions in English on how to get it to work.

The location is definitely the strongest asset of this apartment. It is excellently positioned for any business or tourist visit to Zagreb. The building in which the apartments are located is quite old and could certainly benefit from renovation, but the very old elevator is still safe and functional. The apartment is tidy and clean, very basically and simply equipped. It has everything needed for a stay of a few days.

The agency managing the apartments contacts the guest constantly. They literally send the same generic messages every morning, asking if everything is okay and if they can help in any way, trying to come across as caring hosts. However, when I told them that there were no hangers in the closet, they didn’t even try to offer a solution, yet continued sending the same daily messages asking if they could help.

Property is exactly how the pictures look. Easy check in & check out. Great communication via messages. I would definitely stay again.
