"Broken bed apartment"

Great location for watching football & close to pubs/restaurants.

Staying overnight with our adult son & and unfortunately, the slats on the single bed in the second bedroom had collapsed & he had to sleep on the sofa. Contacted the host who apologised but didn't respond again after I asked about a partial refund. There were also only 2 towels left for 3 people. The apartment looks like it's mid renovation but would have overlooked that if the bed had been OK and wasn't that cheap either.
