Semuanya, kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto. Dan fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang di aplikasi. Kamar mandi kotor dan maaf bau. Sampah dimana mana, banyak debu.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM after a very long journey (more than 10 hours of flight from Egypt to Indonesia), only to be informed that my reservation had been canceled due to no available rooms, without any prior email or notification. Although the hotel refunded only the room rate after a face-to-face discussion, the damage was already done: I paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel for nothing I arrived very late at night with no alternative accommodation available I was forced to spend the entire night outside, which was extremely unsafe I was exhausted, stressed, and in a foreign country This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience, showing poor management and lack of coordination with Booking.com. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving late at night.
