Balangan Beach Villa Idaman Bungalows

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ensemble de la villa ainsi que la vue du rooftop et des balcons des chambres.

L’emplacement est accessible pour se rendre dans le centre.

The pool was great. The garden just beautiful. The villa itself very accomodating. Good to know Wayan & Aldo were on site.

The wifi was weak. There were leaks in most bedrooms & near the staircase going to upper bedrooms. I know it’s rainy season when we stayed, it rained every afternoon which was nice as it cooled the place down but it stormed two nights we stayed. Best to hire scooters to get around as villa is away from anything. Wayan offered massage to all of us which was a nice gesture. My daughter took up the offer but found her not to be good at all especially coming from Ubud the week before. It was obvious one could not go out on the balconies as they were unsafe & were roped off with thick sheets of clear plastic. The villa felt underwhelming & due for a freshen up.

Un peu excentrée surtout lorsqu’on est à pied. Trop de travaux autour, pénalisant la tranquillité Notamment des ouvriers sur le toit du voisin nous regardant pendant que nous étions dans le jardin

Villa itself is good and like the pictures, nice pool, cabana etc. Strong AC in each room (exception for living room, please upgrade that), and staff is right at the door/entrance in a separate housing unit so they can be contacted quickly for laundry, etc

Wifi needs to be stronger, roads leading into the villa are very poor and large potholes and requires extremely bumpy cab rides to enter/exit. Currently does not have a Grab pin location that is searchable in the app therefore you have to put in a proxy address which can confuse delivery/cab drivers.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis op Bali. Gede en zijn vrouw zijn ongelooflijk gastvrij en behulpzaam en hebben ons verblijf echt bijzonder gemaakt. Gede bracht ons overal naartoe met de auto en stond altijd voor ons klaar. Zijn vrouw verzorgde elke dag een heerlijk vers ontbijt en de bedden werden dagelijks opgemaakt. De locatie is perfect: restaurants, een spa en de supermarkt liggen allemaal op loopafstand. We zouden hier zonder twijfel meteen weer terugkomen.

The property was mostly clean, albeit it needs a bit of TLC and a little facelift. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was clean. Rooms were big and it was very spacious. Bathrooms were also clean.

The location isn’t great. It says 20 minutes to certain places on the description but in reality, it can take up to an hour to get to the main places due to traffic. Yes, they send you their location beforehand, as they have rebutted in the reviews, but it is further away from everything than it seems. The staff are not friendly at all. No smiles or conversation, no information about the area or recommendations. We did not feel welcome and we all felt uncomfortable by the coldness of the staff. The place is a bit run down and needs some upgrading. It is not as bright and new as it looks in the photos. I would not recommend staying here if you want to be close to the main areas of jimbaran and if you want to experience amazing hospitality.

The view from the villa is amazing!

There’s massive construction works, sometimes we have to wait for the construction trucks to move as they are blocking our way. Moreover, i can hear the noise from construction’s worker.
