Big beds, clean room, balcony, necessities, they take my deliveries at the lobby for peace of mind

No pool access. We tried going on saturday because the notice in the elevator said it is open all day on Saturdays and Sundays, but under construction during the week. The front lobby said that it was closed

It’s a well-presented studio apartment in a good and quiet location and about 500 m away from Greenbelt. Kitchen’s fully equipped, if you want to cook and dine in. Very responsive host plus security are great & very friendly.

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit tired. The bathroom could definitely use an update and the terrace is currently hidden behind scaffolding which was disappointing!

Toilet in 12H room is noisy due to rusty door hinges. Old/broken cabinet, too many lamps, and the room color is dark.

The pictures are very accurate. The bed was really comfy and clean. There is a specific place for shoes and slippers to store. There were cabinets as well for storing clothes. The kitchen had enough utensils and cooking equipment for us to use. The personnel in the building are really accommodating and friendly, but still aware of security procedures for new guests.

As much as the place looked great, I would suggest removing the mirror facing the bed. It can distract or scare you when you wake up during the night. Some wires need to be affixed since the extension cords' are pretty loose. I wished there were slippers for us to use around the property. I also hope they add more sockets to the kitchen area since we had to adjust a lot of things just to use either the microwave, rice cooker or the electric kettle. The stove exhaust also needs to be repaired since cooking can be really hard with some smoke.
