Rakuten STAY VILLA Kinugawa Riverside

紅葉シーズンに利用しました。鬼怒川周辺の紅葉は非常に美しく、自然を満喫しました。また、東武ワールドスクエアへのアクセスもとてもよく、ロケーションは抜群でした。また掛け流しの温泉もとてお良いです。紅葉の風景を楽しみながらの朝風呂も最高でした。今回は滑り台のある子供ファミリー向けのお部屋の宿泊でしたが4歳の子が大喜びで、日中はずっと滑り台とネットであそび、夜はバタンと倒れるかのように熟睡。夜は大人たちでゆっくり過ごせました笑

広い宿に対して全体として清潔感があり、快適に過ごせましたが、部屋の隅に髪がいくつか落ちていたり、敷布団のマットに髪や埃がついていたりと、完璧に清潔とは言えないようでしたので、潔癖の方は注意が必要です。また、窓の外は緑なのだが、施設を建てるときに生えていた木を伐採した？かのような、建物側だけ枝がなく剥げた木々最前列に並んでいるのでその点は少し残念でした。(部屋によると思います。)また川沿いの紅葉を楽しみにしていたのですが、川は施設のはるか下、テラスに出て下を覗き込み微かに水面を見れる程度です。対岸の紅葉も手前の剥げた木で視界が遮られ、そこまで美しく見れませんでした。風景は理想通りでなかったですが、それでも自然を満喫するのに問題ない景色でした。

Amazing space, architecture, facilities and light! Everything you could need, in amazing condition. Absolutely loved the hot spring as well, and the view of the trees and the river in the back was lovely to listen to

Not a major issue but important to note depending on your group: rooms were not separated by doors so basically everyone has to go to bed at the same time otherwise the noise keeps others awake

The in-room onsen and infrared sauna were very nice. Having a nicely equipped kitchen and projector screen was nice.

The beds were very uncomfortable with hard pillows (and only one per bed). There was no door on the bedrooms, so all of the family shared an open space. There were bright neon lights in the hallway for emergency exits that could not be turned off. There is very little seating that is uncomfortable, but instead of a sofa there were two hanging hammocks inside the dining room...? The door code did not work so we had to call and get a back up key through a lockbox.

I liked the location and the high end amenities in the room. I liked the sauna, heated floors and indoor playground.

The projector was broken. We found out right before check in. They were unable to swap units, provide partial refund or comp anything during our stay. The onsen had to be emptied halfway before each use because of the extreme temperature and cold water had to be added by holding a button down for a few minutes. I would have like to have 2 more permanent beds on the lower level instead of floor beds.
