Dusit Thani Residence Executive Suite

Beautiful hotel with a bunch of amenities and welcoming staff.

The staff/owner particularly for Dusit Thani residence, was difficult to work with when trying to extend my stay an additional night. When trying to accomplish this through a 3rd party like booking; the staff will message you to Gcash into an account…as a foreigner we cannot use Gcash; please utilize something that foreigners can use when staying to make this process smoother. Apparently, staff does not have a permanent body at all times manning the concierge desk there and you have to “call” someone to stop by and pay. They told me one night, and didn’t show up; after I asked them in advance. Finally they showed up the NEXT day and then told me I could only pay cash…come on, have some professionalism and either tell me cash only or card works as well. So I had to take out cash and then go pay the person after I had already been waiting. That was the only issue I had, just bad management. My suggestion is: keep someone at the concierge desk that you can coordinate and pay with to extend your stay.
