"Cheating with price difference upon arrival"

Nothing other than the AC

Their price was very cheap on booking.com and they charged more when I reached the place. My two days stay was cut short to 1 day as the charge was additional 500 rupees per day than what they had advertised. A bunch of unprofessional team handling the reception . They offered me a cheaper property when I was checking out after my stay there for one day and offered me cheaper price also for a different location altogether. Anyways I have raised my complaint with consumer court same day and its ongoing. Really feel so bad using booking.com whose customer service is so delayed all the time
