USThe location was excellent, we could walk everywhere easily. The house was clean and everything worked well.
The couch wasn't very comfortable and neither were the pillows on the bed. There was no dedicated parking which wasn't presented well in the description. We were able to find street parking but I thought there would be dedicated parking. The check-out time was rather early 9:30am and they charged for a late check-out.

AUHost was very communicative, responded promptly. Great shower and bathroom, many facility features that we used. Close to the city, we walked everywhere in Christchurch! Kitchen was very functional.
The street parking could be a little tricky as there was high demand for the spots.
