able to park on drive.conservatory was good for sitting in during the day

unable to close toilet door downstairs as handle broken off. shared refrigerator was full of someone else food so un able to use Taps in upstairs bathroom loose. doors were very dirty at edges and cobwebs everywhere so generally run down accomodation could do with a refurbish

No lock or door handle on toilet door nothing to clean toilet with cleaner didn't seem to bother either dirty dishes in sink and cupboards oven a healthy hazard not a holiday home this is for people working in Bristol as noisy at around 6 am most mornings till people left

No WiFi on arrival has to get hold of someone to sort this

Clean

Did not get the room I booked. If you pay extra for a room with a private conservatory then I expect to get one. Instead of a view to the back garden I got the neighbours scaffolding. Complained as soon as I arrived but didn't even get a response. Toilet seat loose. Hot tap not connected to sink. Curtains coming off rail.
