"強いて言えば宿泊料金相応。"

（１）浜松駅から近い。 （２）宿泊料金が安くて手ごろ。

（１）入口が分からずに周囲を一周して探した。 （２）フロント係（１人）が他の客対応でチェックインで待たされた。 （３）部屋に電話がない。 （４）部屋に湯沸かしポットはあるがティーバッグがない（フロントにもない）。

金額が安かったところ。駅近で買い出しには困らなかった。

ユニットバスの排水から水が逆流してきて床が水浸しになり最悪だった。

トイレの便座が冷たくてヒャッ！となる。真冬はちょっと。 レストランはないので、館内施設から削除すべきでは？ホームページ更新されてないのでしょうか？
