great location near tourist destinations like SM, burnham park, night market and Baguio cathedral. Walking distance (almost)

facilities not good, no cabinet to place your belongings and the water not good enough for a stress free shower experience (sobrang hina)… plus they have worst water heater, it goes too cold then too hot then too cold again. Im just not sure if its just in our room.
