Alma - Sunny central three bedroom apartment

Absolutely awful time with this company. Got changed to a different, smaller apartment on the day we travelled to Budapest. Originally booked 4x double beds for our group, and got swapped to a location without enough beds, leaving people sleeping on sofas. Is what it is and was just happy to be in Budapest. HOWEVER, after a nights sleep, we woken up covered in bites, and found physical bed bugs in all of the beds. We were offered no resolution, no alternate accommodation and was told there was nothing they could do. So we went ahead and found alternate accommodation ourselves, believing we would get a refund. So after spending less than 12 hours in the apartment we did not book in the first place, and got bitten by multiple bed bugs, they proceeded to still charge us for the firsts nights stay AND a cleaning fee…my complaints have been ignored and we have been treated extremely disrespectfully. Worst stay ever and completely ruined our stay in Budapest

Aufgrund einer havarierten Heizungsanlage boten uns die Vermieter kurz vor unserer Anreise ein anderes Apartment an. Dieses war ebenso gut gelegen und groß wie das ursprünglich gebuchte. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Zum Apartment "Alma" kann ich aber nichts sagen, weil wir ja dann woanders untergekommen waren.
