Everything was nice.

Some type of "what to do, or what to do, if" book or binder would have been nice. A change machine for laundry The parking space for 201 is in the corner of a wall. People are urinating in it off of the wall and you can see and smell it. This has been goimg.on for a while. It is bad and if it were mine I would want to be made aware of the issue.

The condo/room was beautifully decorated in beach decor. It felt warm, comfy, and welcoming. It is centrally located on the Main Street on the waterfront and close to all the restaurants (East Bay Grill, Lobster Hut, etc.), shopping, the Captain John Boat tours, Plymouth Rock, Mayflower, and other great tourist spots. I was there to attend some events for the the 4th of July. It was easy to walk to everything. Having parking onsite was great as well. Dan was very responsive when I encountered challenges with the elevator code. Tip: Enter the code, then “#”, then press the floor number. The central AC did not seem to be working. However, I personally appreciated the individual floor AC units in the living room and bedroom. I have the same type of floor unit in my home office. I could adjust the temperature to my liking. I also sleep with a fan and liked having the noise of the AC to block out the street and other noises when trying to sleep.

The Cranberry House Store is located directly across the street. BTW…it is a great store! However, they leave their front spotlights on “all night” long and the lights shine directly into the bedroom windows. There are only large slotted blinds on the bedroom windows that don’t block the light. It’s the same issue in the morning with the sun blinding you. Recommend installing room darkening curtains over the window shades. They will also provide more insulation from the humidity in the summer, cold in the winter, and privacy for future guests with the bedroom facing the Main Street. Luckily on the 2nd day/night I got a sleep mask from a friend staying at a nearby motel. As other reviewers mentioned, the mattress is too firm and hard and not comfortable. Recommend replacing it. I travel a lot for work and pleasure. The most important thing in accommodations (for me) is a good nights rest. It can make or break a trip. Even more so when you consider the premium price for the condo. I hope that helps.

Non-existent property management. Have a question or if someone parked in your assigned space…oh well. This property will rank as one of the worst travel rentals/experiences we had in our recent memory.

Beautiful appartment, and great location

Air conditioning was very loud, appartments temp remained super hot, even after trying and requesting it to turn down.

Very spacious, great location, good parking, fresh and attractive.

It was quite easy to hear those occupying the adjoining suites and it was quite annoying at times. The air conditioning unit was very noisy.
