Contemporary villa with amazing views

The property was stunning. My group all agreed it was the best property we stayed at for our whole trip, we wish we had booked for additional days. My group and I enjoyed the heated pool, the beautiful bedrooms and exquisite views. It was the highlight of our whole trip in South Africa.

View, spacious home

Owner needs to disclose that propery manager LIVES IN the house and has free reign to walk about during all hours while you are in residence - at 1am the property manager was upstairs moving furniture, caused members of my family to feel uncomfortable and disturbed as they were not aware that he would be moving around the house - we did not get any sleep after that due to the unnerving experience of a stranger in the house while you are too. Aside from the 1am distrubance, the shower light does not work in main upstairs bedroom, lower master guest room bathtub drains poorly and tub is not securly mounted to floor, leftover food in oven from previous guests. Property manager was doing laundry when we arrived and freezer full of food/items. Emailed owner prior to leaving a review - received a very indifferent response to my concerns and noted she would update the site to make sure future guests are aware that propery manager lives in the house......not concerned at all about our experience - so unfortunate.

Amazing views from this beautiful villa with its exquisite interior including the addition of the pool. What a great host John was we loved our pizza night with him and getting to know him.

Slightly damp in the downstairs bedrooms were black centipedes were a regular visitor

Great location, facilities were very nice with lovely family activities available to do inside of the property. Table tennis, darts and pool a big part of the great experience.

House does need a bit of work. Lights here and there with some maintenance. This however is minor compared to the overall experience.

John was amazing and cooked us dinner when we arrived, the views are stunning and the property is amazing, we felt truly lucky to stay here.

The pool was not heated when we arrived and unfortunately we couldn’t use it as it took too long to heat up for our stay.

Amazing set up, the bedrooms, the living areas, the heated pool and the kitchen, everything was great, except that they didn’t have proper heating in the bedrooms, and it was extremely cold in July, they had gas heating in the living room and a fireplace but that was it, all bedrooms were freezing cold, then the amazing John offered us fan heaters for two rooms on the first night which were perfect especially with kids, and the next day he bought 4 extra for the other bedrooms, we cannot thank him enough, because only after warming up the house we started enjoying our stay.
