Crown Central three bedroom Apartment

Location is great, appt is so spacious and beautiful. Two decks for outdoor sitting.

Only one bedroom has decent bed and in the glam appt like this it would have been nice for other two to be real comfortable beds because other two are low quality matress and really hard. Appt didnt have enough toilet paper so we had to get some because the host didnt respond.

Location was great, very central.

The property wasn’t very clean, the showers didn’t work well, it was very hard to get the water on in one of them. The light was flickering in the smaller bathroom. There weren’t enough glasses in the kitchen (no wine glasses for example) and there were lots of random items in the kitchen cupboard (Christmas decoration in June) The walls are very thin hence you can hear everything that goes on in the flats around as well as on the street but yet is typical of these type of flats and was expected

Apartment was spacious and had pretty good location

From the moment of our arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The property was clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in — there was a significant amount of human hair scattered across the floor, to the extent that all six of us had to purchase slippers from a local store and clean parts of the apartment ourselves, as it was too uncomfortable to walk barefoot or even in socks. Furthermore, we encountered excessive dust on the curtains and inside the wardrobes. Before placing any of our belongings inside, we had to clean the wardrobe interiors using wet wipes. Another serious issue was the lack of reliable hot water. After contacting the host, we were advised to use a switch to activate the water heater. However, even after following these instructions, the water took 30–45 minutes to heat up, and only lasted long enough for one person to shower briefly before turning cold again. With six of us needing to shower each day, this was a major inconvenience and completely unacceptable. In addition, the apartment did not provide a sufficient number of duvets and blankets. Although we requested additional bedding—explaining that while we share sleeping arrangements, we are not couples and each person would prefer their own blanket—our request was denied. The host even questioned whether more people were staying in the apartment than initially booked, which we found inappropriate and unhelpful.

Not that it was a huge problem, and mostly it is expected, parking on the street was unavailable so we had to park close by ar a paid parking lot.

The apartment is very large, everything was clean. Lots of light sources and natural light. Large selection of dishes. Two bathrooms with showers and a bath. A great option for a large family!
