Upon arrival, we noticed that there were not enough pillows, towels, or bed linens, even though we had informed the host in advance that there would be four of us and had provided all required details. After searching the apartment, we found these items in drawers, but their cleanliness was questionable. The biggest issue was that the bathroom has no door at all. The broken door was left in front of the apartment. We tried to contact the host multiple times via WhatsApp, but he ignored our calls. Only after calling him by phone did he send a message saying that he “could not talk.” He responded to our concerns with arguments and completely ignored the missing bathroom door until we mentioned it several times. Only then did he say that the previous guest had broken it and that he did not have time to replace it. When we told the host that we would leave a one-star review because of these issues, he replied that it was “nothing serious.” We also pointed out that this behavior was unprofessional and that the least he could have done was to inform us in advance, especially since there were four of us. He had no issue charging the full amount in advance, but showed no effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment itself is acceptable and in a good location, but due to the host’s attitude and unprofessional behavior, we do not recommend this property and advise others to avoid it.
