Hotel Villa Mexicana Puerto Escondido

La playa está muy inaccesible para personas con poca movilidad , se necesita transporte para subir y bajar a la playa

Bien pero hotel descuidado

Un hotel con muy buena vista y muy tranquilo

Mala higiene, hotel muy viejo, sucio, lleno de escombro y basura en los jardines. Nada q ver lo que venía en las imágenes por las cuales reservamos. Sin amenidades

Not safe if you have kids younger than 7 years old. It’s by the beach, but to get there you must descend about 4 floors walking on a concrete ramp without rails that has a steep slope. Between the beach and the hotel there is a guest house not part of the hotel. The rooms say NO SMOKING, but when we got to our room the room was impregnated with cigarette smell. I opened all windows and doors for about 2 hours, after my head began to hurt, I made the only employee I saw up front aware of it; and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t say it at arrival. After I pushed, he said he would speak to management and let me know, but did ask me if I had undone the beds already. We went out to dine, when we came back he did change our room and we got to rest, and we headed out the next morning. While the night, a couple were smoking weed at the pool area. The pictures of the pool make this place look kid friendly, or family oriented but it is not.

Excelente servicio y muy amables. Algunas instalaciones (No todas), están un poquito descuidadas.

The toilet didn’t have enough water!

La habitación del hotel está cómoda, lo necesario para descansar , camas- almohada muy cómodaa, televisión smartv ,baño completo con excelente iluminación cuenta con agua caliente, clima mini Split y la vista es excelente al mar, la alberca es buena ya que no es muy profunda y cuenta con camastros. Solo en lo destacar habría q darle un poco más de mantenimiento a las áreas verdes, e iluminación para bajar a la playa.

Nice stay i will stay again in the future.
