"Stay away piece of garbage "

The hotel is a piece of garbage. Looks completely horrible , I asked to see the room and it was so disappointed. I walked away. Good think I selected to pay at the property so I didn’t stay at villa mexicana. That property should be 1/4 of start

El lugar está bien por el precio, solo para llegar a dormir, hay muchas áreas en construcción y descuidadas. Sin embargo la habitación muy bien, camas cómodas, televisión grande, baño espacioso. Si volvería a usar este hotel.

El hotel está bien para dormir pero realmente dudo de la limpieza, en nuestro cuarto encontramos un chicle en el piso, el baño mojado, las sábanas con pelos, no hay toallas para alberca, ni tampoco restaurantes ni Room Service dentro del hotel aunque cerca del hotel hay muy buenas opciones para comer a toda hora. Otra cosa buena es la playa aunque esté de difícil acceso.

No hay más que 2 toallas viejas en la habitación, no hay toallas de alberca, hotel en pésimas condiciones, restaurantes muy feo, áreas verdes pésimas , baños de la alberca inservibles realmente a punto de quebrar

I saw many were working on repairing, so I assume everything will turn out to be beautiful in the future. But, as of right now, I see many cosmetic deteriorations, which makes the hotel look like an abandoned building. Also, pictures of water slides should be taken off. My kids were so looking forward to playing there, but it was not the case.

In the app looks nice and clean but it wasn’t, for the price I could get a better deal nothing compares to the pictures , then my check in was at 3:00pm I arrived at 4:30 it wasn’t ready I have to leave my luggage and wait until they clean my room with no towels . No restaurants around you have to walk a long distance or take a cab. I rather recommend this place to stay.

Estuvo bien las camas cómodas pero el baño necesita más cuidado la piscina bien la bajada a la playa es algo larga y ahí que pagar para entrar 😏
