Olden House-Central Apartment-Parking

Era grande y estaba limpio. Tenía aparcamiento para el coche.

It's a lovely old apartment building with an internal courtyard. A very beautiful place to be in and experience for people who have not had the luck to be in one. The host was very nice and let us stay parked for a bit longer so we could see a couple of things in the city.

It wasn't the cleanest, dead insects, lots of dust, the kitchen felt quite dirty. The entrance to the parking lot was very tight.

El acceso al parking es muy complicado si llevas un coche grande porque es muy estrecho. El portal es lúgubre. La casa es muy vieja.

I loved the convenient location and the available parking in a city with sparse available parking. Near great restaurants and shopping. If you don't have whatsapp, provide an email to get the instructions for key pick-up.

The location is really great. In the proximity to the center square, restaurants and museums. It is so quiet in the apartment. There is a parking spot reserved for guests. Has a huge potential to become an amazing rental property. But...

Not clean enough. Not well maintained. The fridge was not clean, bedding was not set on one bed and on the other had mismatched bedding. Old towels with stains. Sheets with holes. Mold on the shower hose and in the washing machine.

The location and facilities are great. The host is kind and very helpfull. The parking place in front of the house is a huge bonus!

The bed in the main bedroom is a bit squeaky. That's all.
