The location is somewhat isolated. I used taxis mainly, but it would be better to rent a car.

You need a vehicle to stay here as the buses don’t always run on time and when you do get on one, they are normally packed and very hot!

Thus is a very nice, comfortable residence. It was super clean and the owner was very helpful and kind. It has beautiful views.
People need to realize that the property is rather isolated. It is can be reached by private car, a frequently running bus, or by taxi. I used a taxi for my trips but you have to reserve a day ahead as there are only 3 taxis in the town. There is a small grocery and a pharmacy within a 10 minute (uphill) walk. The neighboring Hotel Raito has a classy restaurant.

I wasn't expecting any sort of breakfast or any food, so the breakfast type snack foods, condiments, milk, and water we a welcome treat.
The lack of delivery options for food in the area, but that's more a complaint about the restaurants.

25 minute hike up/dn stairs and streets to get to beach and town. Buses are unreliable and infrequent, taxi gets expensive

The most beautiful villa I have every stayed in. The view was gorgeous, the room was comfortable with all facilities needed and the balcony was to die for 😍to top it off the host was incredibly friendly and so helpful helping us travel around! I would 100% recomendó
