"After all the wait we ended up leaving because the host did not arrange a cleaner"

The host is nit helpful the care taker has knee problem and can't get to the gate. 30 mins after arrival. After multiple attempts to call and ring the bell we hooted. A neighbor came out swearing at us. Then called the care taker who came after 20 mins because of knee issues. All this time I was outside with my partner.
