Este un apartament superb. Super curat! Am avut tot ce ne trebuie ca să ne simțim ca acasă! Locația este foarte aproape de centru, și are un view excelent. Recomand oricui îs dorește un sejur la Brașov.

The area is great, 5 minutes walking by a good restaurant (Casa Tudor). The towels bedsheets and beds are excellent, clean and comfortable. The apartment has windows on three sides and for this reason it is very bright during the day. The parking is next to the apartment building, easy to access.

Despite of the potential of this apartment, there are some issues which convinced me it is overscored. 1. We had an issue as we arrived with the gas sensor of the heating plant. We found there is no heat and no warm water. I thought it was an accident and I connected the gas sensor solenoid in the back junkyard. But this happened almost every day we stayed and that means two very bad things - there was a gas leakage or the sensor was broken. It is irresponsible to allow guests if you are not addressing first this issue. I found the owner lied me stating that there is a gas interruption in the neighborhood. She knew about this problem. 2. The soundproofing is bad - when the traffic starts at 5-6 in the morning, you will wakeup. Also you can hear the kids from the above apartment. 3. The water pressure on the shower is very low, hard to obtain a mix between hot and cold water. The sink is very low, appropriate only for small kids. Also the water from the shower remains in the cabin, you can find it next day 4. The toilet is leaking when you are flushing it 5. It snowed and I cleaned myself the parking lot. When I returned, it was occupied by the owner of the company from the ground floor. 6. There is only one big pot and one spoon 7. The refrigerator is small, quite challenging if you want to store some food for breakfast. You cannot place a normal size water bottle. 8. Only in the first day there was a dumpster. The rest of the days people were forced to throw their garbage bags on the staircase on the ground floor.
