"Roaches"

Location....but others of better quality in same area

Roaches . Not able to flush toilet paper even with poop on it? The soft pornographic material throughout the apartment. Only 2 thin blankets. No blackout shades or curtains. Leaky broken windows poor ac.

"Horrible service, ruined my vacation."

Nothing

The company canceled my reservation the night before I arrived with no explanation and I was stranded in Puerto Rico for an evening so do not book them. They were extremely unhelpful and I heard some staff in the building say it had happened multiple times that week. Beware this scam of a company!!

"Great Grounds, find a different apartment"

Loved the property, everything about “the property” was immaculate, easy to navigate, clean pool, right on the beach. Strong Shower.

The apartment looks like it was designed by a stripper and her 20 year old boy toy. Or a frat house. Sleazy pictures on the walls, cheap everything, everything is either chipped or fading - floors, furniture, etc. sheep curtails, I think they were actually bed linens, the patio furniture is cheap, the door doesn’t lock and you look down ona busy, noisy avenue.
