It was newer building. Suites were a nice size.

Noisy noisy room (#118) right by I40 and elevator. Traffic loud all night and people around elevator and courtyard loud way past midnight. No insulation or soundproof in rooms at all. So Not much sleep. Bedroom TV kept losing signal even after desk clerk came & then called provider. Kept dealing with it until 8 pm. So did not get that benefit and lost our relax time or TV watching in bed. Could not get a late checkout as requested during reservation. We were in town for 2 pm visitation/funeral and had to leave at 11 am with nowhere to go. Hotel more worried about Sat night incoming people than accommodating us. We realize thet have to clean rooms, but I'm sure plenty other rooms could have been cleaned prior to ours. Also had terrible odor in kitchen, turned out to be under the sink; maybe leftover garbage? I didnt investigate. Killed stink bug in bathroom. Location is not in Lebanon but several miles west of city. So took longer to get there. So definitely one of worst experiences we've had at a hotel for the $. Front desk clerk did not ask about our stay, but I told her about the noise and needing late checkout out. She really wasn't concerned. I usually don't do bad reviews, but the whole experience worn us out before we even made it to funeral visitation@2 & funeral@4pm. So very disappointed. As a result of all the above, We will not go back.

Fairly new and clean for the most part. Fan for AC unit was extremely loud and we ended up just turning it off for the night so we could sleep.

Courtyard was full of very LOUD people and I was unable to take my children there at all during our stay.
