We found the unit is in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom door fell off as soon as arriving. The lounge door does not lock, once I opened the bedroom window I had to push it closed again from the outside. As there was an image of a braai I was under the impression that we could braai however this is not the case I later learnt as that too requires maintenance. As we did not receive a magnet for the pedestrian gate you had to drive your vehicle out the property in order to open the gate and then go for a walk. Then we heated up the oven debris fell down from the top into the oven pan. We also found the R150 per hour early arrival fee a bit extreme.

It has the most beautiful view of the ocean. The place was very quiet and convenient. Wonga was such an amazing host,so calm and extremely helpful.

Great location but that’s it

It’s not what’s advertised unfortunately! Not enough beds and failed to make arrangements to meet what is advertised! Staff are not helpful at all. Communication was great but nothing was ever done abut any of our problems. Not enough towels not enough toilet paper! The place is very very basic and not worth the money!!!!

I only liked the fact that there is Netflix and YouTube, other than that, everything else was so mediocre.

The apartment was dusty and had dirt at the door when entering. Lights were not working, no mop to wipe water spills. The view is misleading on the internet, when you get there there is no view as shown. When I complained and asked to be moved to another apartment that was not done. The lady who was meant to host me (Privy) was no where to be found, I only spoke her on the fonr and she promised to come attend to a complaint I had lodged about the noise, she never came and didn't even care to call, I ended up being attended to by Bridgette, who overheard on the fone that there was an issue, she took it upon herself to go listen to my complaint. Privy did not return my calls and took 30 minutes to respond to those she decided to listen to. It felt bad to not be attended to just after making payment and you're told that the money is non refundable. So they make you pay then give you the bad treatment after the payment.
