Milý personál na recepci. Rychlý check in i check out. Pohodlné postele. Voňavé a čisté prostředí v hlavních prostorách budovy ubytování. Výhledy do okolní krajiny. Vzdálenost od aquaparku, zoo a pláže.

Špinavé zrcadlo v koupelně. Špatné odhlučnění mezi pokojem a hlavní chodbou. Neprofesionální přístup v restauraci Bernad Pub. Personál milý, ale nevšímavý. Servírka nám přinesla jídlo a ačkoliv jsme na stole měli dvě prázdné sklenice, nezeptala se, jestli chceme ještě něco k pití. Na další obsloužení jsme čekali dlouho i přes to, že v restauraci byly obsazeny jen tři stoly. Ráno snídaně od 7:30, přišli jsme ihned v 7:30, protože jsme spěchali na vlak. V 7:40 ještě pobíhající personál přinášel na švédské stoly jídlo a nádobí, tudíž jsme si vzájemně překáželi a zdržovali se.

Ubytování super rodinný pokoj na patro se saunou takže taky super věc. Určitě ještě přijedeme. Tatralandie hned naproti přes cestu.

Přístup k jezeru i k ubytovaní nebylo moc kvalitní
