Sunnyhill apartments with private and shared pool

Stunning terrace with a clean and comfortable apartment , excellent and amenable communication from the owner and lots of added extras which made for a special stay!

The apartment is an exceptional vacation spot, with a sea view, pool, parking, and everything you need to relax and enjoy. We had everything we need for our everyday cooking. The place is well maintained, clean and quiet. It is walking distance to Cavtat center and beaches. Special thanks to Anita, who greeted us in and checked out - she went above and beyond to make sure we have wonderful stay in Cavtat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of having a private pool at our disposal every day, complete with ample sunbeds and spacious lounging areas surrounding it. The pool patio, conveniently accessible directly from the kitchen, became our favorite spot for dining and playing board games at the generous table. Each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and also had a dishwasher for added convenience. We appreciated the abundance of towels, the constant supply of hot water, and the well-placed air conditioning in every room, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The bathroom was lovely, adding a touch of elegance to our experience. Our host, Anita, was exceptional—always attentive and readily available whenever we needed assistance. We enjoyed visiting the restaurants in Cavtat and took the ferry to old town Dubrovnik €10 and the no 10 bus back €4. The last bus being around 1am! Also Ubers are €26 back to Cavtat. We also had a lovely walking tour around the old town, visited some of the numerous restaurants, visited the aquarium and had a bus tour of Dubrovnik, the views were fantastic of the Adriatic. Overall, it was an unforgettable getaway!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. To appreciate the wonderful views from the patio the property is obviously uphill. We didn’t hire a car and there is a 10 minute walk downhill to the well equipped shop and Italian restaurant. We didn’t try this, but ventured the further 15 minutes down to the harbour where there are numerous eateries and small shops and to get the ferry. You can also get a taxi from the property down to the centre and back if not able to walk far or hire a car. There are some steps on the walk down to town, but you get to meet the friendly local cats on the way. It took around 30 minutes for us to walk back, uphill. The flight path is directly overhead of the property as the airport is around 15 minutes away, but didn’t bother us. This also meant the transfers were quick.

Met by a lovely host, who gave us some great local info. Amazing sea view from the property. Well equipped and comfortable. Great outdoor space and pool area.

Slightly odd having to walk through the neighbour’s garden to access the property (friendly enough though!!).

Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful location, 10 minutes walk to nearest restaurant, 20 minutes to town centre. Air conditioning worked very well, gorgeous pool and patio. Located at top of a hill but still walkable or taxis easy to get. Very close to Dubrovnik airport, easy, quick transfer. Lovely boat trips possible from Cavtat to Dubrovnik, islands and cave tour. Town centre has lovely selection of ice cream shops, bars and restaurants and well equipped pharmacy. Also bakery and supermarket. Anita was there when we arrived to give us a warm Croatian welcome (and very kindly had supplied some essentials in the fridge), gave us lots of information about the place and visited part way through with a beautiful cake! She was very keen to ensure we had everything we needed.

No negatives whatsoever, highly recommend.
