Great dog friendly accommodations.

Great stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our family including our little pup, pool and hot tub were a hit when we weren't at the lake and the breakfast was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We were impressed by the cleanliness, amazing! Tbe gym is awesome! Really enjoyed our stay.

met a nice, polite, helpful young man, cory, at the front desk. he was there all. the. time. and lucky for us that he was. he is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. cory is a great asset to your hotel and guests. bed too soft, room was good. shower floor slippery, had to put a towel on the shower floor so i wouldn't fall. cory RULES!!

Staff was friendly upon check in and the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the room had a nice sized kitchenette and bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Very hard to find a parking spot in the evening. The check out time listed in our confirmation email was 12pm but at the hotel the sign says 11am.

We just finished a two night stay. The whole facility was very clean & new. The staff bent over backwards to assist with any questions or issues that arose. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have multiple stays here. I was staying elsewhere and switched to TownePlace. I called asking for a few requests and the lady said to call back later in the afternoon after rooms were cleaned and she would see what she could do. I called and every rewuest was answered and I started my stay. The lady was Chelsea, which I later found out was the manager. At the time of this review i am still at TownPlace continuing my stay. Every employee (Tana, Cody, etc) that I have dealt with and had requests of rooms has been above and beyond. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing worth mentioning in detail. I know that nothing is perfect but this stay almost was. This hotel is super pet friendly. Tana and the breakfast lady (lady with gauged ears) were super nice to our dog Daisy. They always made an effort and took time to say hello to Daisy and give her some loving. When in this area again, TownPlace Suites Holland will be my first look for my stay. If anything changes during the rest of my stay, I will come back and update my review. So, be sure to check in and stay at TownPlace for your Holland, MI stay. I don't think you will be disappointed.
