Charming City Center Studio Apartment

The place is convenient 7/11 n puregold is near by coffee shop is also around the corner ..transportation is always available .the place at night is excellent there a bar near ( walking distance) and small eatery infont serve good food too

Well always many people going up n down the elevators ..well it's 55 th floor building but all of them are friendly reminder

The location is good, there is a 7/11 and coffee shop at the building. Kitchen is simple, but for a short stay is enough. Bed is ok and the view is nice.

When I booked the main reason was because said there is a fitness center, but I messaged after my check in and never get an answer, at the reception I was informed the fitness center is just for who live at the building, so you need to pay extra, and the fitness center is not a gym, is a CrossFit space, not machine or anything else. The washroom has a bad smell.

We found bed bug in this place. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out the next day because we were not comfortable sleeping on it. Bed has stains so it was covered with 2 bedsheets! Toilet bowl seat is damage, shower didn't work properly, pull-out bed was not comfortable to sleep on and room didn't smell nice either...it was such a bad experience especially we didn't get a refund for this. Booking.com customer service is terrible. Owner didn't agree with refund as well despite reaching out to them and told them what has happened. Owner does not answer despite multiple calls and text to talk about the issue! They didn't even believe us that we found a bug and thinks the unit was clean until I sent them a picture! The worst customer service ever being accused as a liar!
