Downtown Park Apartments with Balcony

For a couple on budget without a car looking for a bed it could be a perfect place. Location is very good..

Price was low, but since it was paid up front i could not change it when i saw the place. My mistake and lesson for the future. We were travelling three adults and a child. The place turned to be to small. There was no washing machine (was in the photos). Parking place was available but was 300-400m away in very tight spot that you would not normally choose. (reversing over 20m in very tight and turning alley). The lights in the stairwell are working on movement sensors, when they are to go off they perform flashing signal for a few seconds. Since dors to the appointment have a glass the flashing lights are getting inside. It is annoying when trying to fall asleep. (small inside corridor light is also working on movement sensor, in this place not a good idea) The shower could be cleaner. The word balcony is exaggeration, since the opening is relatively narrow and balcony long clothes are not drying as well as in balcony that you normally think of. To sum up, it should not be advertised to over two people with kids since apartment is too small.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable! Perfect location, 5 mins to the beach and right in the centre of the town. The hosts were super helpful and kind.

Appartment is rented by Slovenia agwmcy and its not maintained at all, everything is very poor quality, toilet is dissaster, was here last year and now is completly Bad. Agency is just looking for profit with no quality.

Excellent location! Could not be a better location in Vodice since it was 1 minute walk to the harbour and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Shops, bakery and restaurants really close. The terrace was so lovely, really big and shady with nice furniture. On the surface the apartment looked really fresh and nice. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly. The bedding was excellent

Sadly there were quite a few let downs with the apartment even though it looked really good at first glance.... First of all the bed was really hard, but that is my subjective opinion. There is a church just outside the bedroom and the bells going off at 7 am in the morning did not help our sleep either, but that of course is not at any fault to the owners since they can´t do anything about that. The apartment looked really clean but the amount of dust on top of the microwave was not so nice. The biggest problems by far were in the bathroom! It was beautifully decorated but the zink was clogged up and it was also leaking on to the floor below. When I started the shower I got burned really bad!! The water temperature was boiling, and I meen boling, and since there is a big rainshower head I could not adjust the temperature without having to stick my hands through the boiling water. When I finally got the temperature right I noticed that the shower hose was also leaking so water squirted out the wrong way that ment that the floor of the bathroom got all wet. We arrived late friday and all the problems were discovered on saturday afternoon and since we were leaving sunday morning we did not call the owners to report the problems. If we did maybe they would have been able to fix it, but I really think that they should notice these problems on their own while cleaning the apartment.... Note also that the apartment is really hard to find since google maps don´t show the right location.

the location is perfect, just between the beach and the center. free private parking downstairs from the apartment. clean place and really nice hosts. there is an option to hang clothes in the balcony if you hand-washed them.

there was no air conditioning in the bedroom and no way to make the living room dark (to sleep at noon or later then sunrise).
