Nonostante il letto grande e comodo le lenzuola e le coperte non hanno le dimensioni adeguate. La tavoletta wc non era fissata bene (già segnalato alla governante)

Clean with the exception of the shower area which needs to be properly clean

The shower area and the stairwell leading up to the property. Because of the renovation, accessibility was restricted and was a mess unclean

Allowed us to check in early, very friendly, beautiful room with small kitchenette and water provided on arrival. Very great central location, had a nice view of the courtyard. Bathroom very big and nice. Bed was comfy.

Room itself slightly small in regards to places to put bags.

Location was great and staff did their best. The room was spacious and well equipped

The bathroom! The smell coming from the drains (we think) was absolutely foul to the point we couldn’t use it without retching. So disappointing when everything else was so good. We did make a complaint and the cleaner came round but there was no change when we returned to the room.
