First the pros : - great location and close to everything in Laguna - on the beach front so you walk out to the beach - very helpful staff The cons - very dated rooms and old interiors. Should be rated 4* not 5 star - below average breakfast and very small area for the same. - only one restaurant so no choice at all - small hotel, the pictures are a little misleading and lots of stairs everywhere

The place is amazing. The people are amazing! Very close to the beach and laguna . Also oasis spa. Our host , Fang is amazing and very friendly and nice.

it is already a bit older, but the charm is there - great breakfast, great location (ie directly at the beach), other restaurants nearby. the pool is great with basketball hoops and other games for kids. there is a pingpong table by the pool which we used extensively. my son used the gym and was very happy with it. as it rained a lot we spent a lot of time in our room - glad we had booked the 2-bedroom studio which was super spacious. the staff were suuuuuper friendly - those at the pool, at the restaurant especially.

Персонал очень дружелюбный. Завтраки разнообразные, много фруктов, очень вкусно и красиво. Расположение отеля в конце пляжа, что создаёт уют и относительную тишину. Отель , вроде, заполнен, но людей, как будто нет. Прикольно. Пятый раз в этом отеле. И приедем ещё.

1. Не дождаться горячей воды в душе в одной из спален. 2.5 минуты приходится стоять и ждать( 2. Сломан кран подачи воды в биде в туалете. Течет и нет напора. 3. Не работает аудио центр. Мы в этом номере второй или третий раз, всё как и было . Не ремонтируют(( 4. Не всегда на совесть убирают утром. То полотенца не поменяют. То принадлежности не пополнят. Пыль по углам не убирают. Веранду не подметают. Если на рецепции пожалуешься, то моментально приходят.
