Rooms were fine and there was hot water. View from balcony was good

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación en general estaba limpia y la cama muy cómoda! Muy atentos y amables

La conexión a internet iba mal, el hotel en general se ve un poco descuidado. Sobretodo la zona común no era como aparece en las fotos. En booking pone que hay shuttle desde el aeropuerto pero hemos preguntado a la llegada y nos dijeron que pidiéramos un taxi. Ya para volver al aeropuerto nos han reservado ellos un taxi (pero incluso un poco más caro de lo que pagamos nosotros por nuestra cuenta a la ida)

The hotel is good, the staff was very kind and being a solo female traveller, I felt safe. It was walking from Lakshman jhula that gave access to so many things. The rooms have a good view of hills and the hotel does a decent job for the price it charges. Plus the food is also good. I had the best black tea here. Recommended much

There could be a kettle in the room and more common areas to spend time
