Localización, vistas. Habitación. Desayuno completo.

Horarios de comidas y servicios (todo cerrado a las 21:00). Precios de dentro hinchados, a todo se le añade un 15% de servicio. Mala gestión del reparto de mesas en el desayuno (hay que esperar casi siempre y coger turno).

De bedden en kamers zijn goed, zoals je gewend bent van t Hyatt.

Om 21.00 uur is alles dicht en om 20.45 mag je je laatste drankje bestellen. Toen wij vroegen of nog ergens wat konden drinken was dat alleen via de roomservice. Er zijn ook bruiloften in t hotel waardoor sommige plekken gereserveerd zijn. Ook heel veel baby’s en kinderen waardoor het zwembad net een kinderbad is vol met zwembanden en gillende kinderen. Voor het ontbijt moet je je aanmelden bij een tablet, je krijgt dan een bonnetje met een nummer en moet vervolgens wachten tot je omgeroepen wordt wanneer er een tafel voor je vrij is. Dat wachten duurde minimaal 30 minuten. Heel onpersoonlijk en geen 5 sterren.
