Luxury Apartment between Como Lake and Valsassina

The apartment and location were very convenient for our family with children. The apartment has everything we needed. We liked this city. It wasn’t overcrowded. On the opposite side of the apartment there is a bar with delicious coffee and pastries. There is a pizzeria and a grocery store nearby. It is easy to find a parking space. We liked that there are many walking paths nearby and you can buy dairy and meat products from local farmers.

Where to start ? We came from NZ for a family wedding .. the apartment was perfectly situated. It exceeded our expectations by being VERY comfortable and spacious, particularly in the main bedroom and bathroom.. Excellent kitchen . We didn't cook there .. but could have easily. Supermarket (smallish) 1 minute away ... plus another (larger) 5 mins by car .. hhmm 15mins walking. Excellent communications from hosts Sergio and Maria.. and easy access to apartment. The trick to this is to complete all the paperwork (contract) first. Parking is available.literally next door on street.. or a 2min walk behind the apartment. Thank you Sergio & Maria .. we will be back !!!

Nothing ... however .. with other people reading this.. we will mention that there is the usual street noise (which is only a little) from the local bar... and that was also because we love the windows open !!

Great location, very clean, modern kitchen and bathroom with 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Good communication from hosts. Lovely small town with little supermarket opposite and pizzeria 2 minute walk. Free parking 2 minute walk away from apartment, but plenty of road space to unload at the apartment first.

The second bathroom is not a full bathroom its a toilet and sink but that didn't bother us too much. Apartment is up two flights of stairs, again, fine for us but could be tricky for elderly/disabled.

Convenient location near shops and bus stop. Quiet duplex, modern and well-equipped kitchen.
