Oddity Seafront Penthouse Apartments

Beliggenheden er virkelig god og alt er indenfor højest 10 min gang. Alt i lejligheden fungerede og var i god stand

Det var et meget støjende område med mange udluftningskanaler fra restauranter og det havde udlejer klart og tydeligt gjort opmærksom på inden jeg kom. Udlejer havde også tilbudt muligheden for en alternativ lejlighed i et andet område, så de havde absolut gjort hvad de kunne og det var mit eget valg at acceptere lejemålet. Men --- jeg kommer ikke igen :-)

We loved that the apartment was just as pictured.

We didn't like the gnats coming out of the drain. But they had a pest control notice so they are aware, but we just kept the trash can over it! Problem solved! We like new bathing linens daily & room cleaning, but didn't realize that wasnt a part of the rental. They were accommodating when asked tho, and lucikly we also brought some of our own. Overall, it was a good stay, other smaller things can be discussed privately just small recommendations for future guests. Loved our stay!

Everything is perfect! Location, amazing view, equipment. All you need. The best place I stayed in Thessaloniki.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Θα πρότεινα μόνο να προστεθούν περισσότερα είδη υγιεινής στο μπάνιο και λίγα ακόμη βασικά αναλώσιμα στο σπίτι για μεγαλύτερη άνεση.

Die Top Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Eine wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einem sehr großen Balkon, wovon man eine tolle Aussicht hat. Perfekter Service seitens der Vermieter, und immer erreichbar bei Fragen bezüglich der Wohnung.

The apartment was located near the Seafront where there are more restaurants than you can count, excellent shopping and historic sights are within walking distance.

The TV did not work, and the property management company (Hulu) promised to have a technician take a look. No one showed up so there was no regular TV programing available. Parking information was not helpful. We paid 30 euros for 24 hours along the seafront. The next day we found GRAND public parking the same distance but in the opposite direction, for 15 euros. Much better facility and easy to get to the apartment. The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer. It would be helpful to have a stackable washer/dryer. A dish towel to dry dishes would be nice as well. Little things would go a long way to improve this property. Presently not worth what we paid.
