The front desk service was good.

The only complaint that I have while taking a shower my tub was holding water it wouldn't drain so I was standing in a lot of water while taking a shower and that was in room 107.

Walked in and it smelled awful ! Paid went to the room .. when they ask to see your room before DO IT !! We didn’t and it was nothing like these photos . Smelled and was disgusting!! I literally walked in and bugs on the floor !! Left and went to pay for another hotel !! Roach motel literally !!

The location was ideal!

The location was ideal but inside the rooms they had live roaches and other insects. The photo shown on the website vs what you actually get is a lie! Do not recommend and checked out immediately after requesting a refund.

They never could get a key to work except for their master key. Said we could just call them every time we need to get in our room. The place was filthy. Like what you would expect if the place were abandoned. Nothing worked and was broken or in bad condition. We had asked for a nonsmoking room and the entire floor from the moment we got off the elevator smelled like a giant ashtray. People lived there and the cops were there…. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feeling.

rooms and facility were very clean and the staff was awesome!
